Feng Ni

Feng Ni obtained his B.S. (Chemistry) and Ph.D. (Organic Chemistry) with Prof. Yufen Zhao at Xiamen University, China. He worked as postdoctoral researcher in medicinal chemistry and chemical biology with Prof. Charles McKenna at the University of Southern California (USC). He then worked with Prof. Chao Zhang on chemical probe design and target identification at USC as senior scientist before he joined Ningbo University in 2017 as Professor. His research interests include developing chemical probes and chemoproteomic tools for target identification and drug discovery. Feng is also the cofounder of LeadArt Technologies Inc, a chemical proteomic platform company focusing on construction and application of photo-affinity probe libraries in live-cell-based protein profiling via specifically designed lab robotic system.
