Potency assay (off target): NIBR-LTSi revealed partial activity in the competitive in vitro binding assay for only three other kinases from the AGC family (ROCK2, PKA, PKAcb) in a panel of 415 human kinases, resulting in an excellent kinase selectivity (S) score of 0.01 @ 1 uM.
